References - Roof Mounted PV
Since its formation the company has been actively involved in the development of all types of photovoltaic systems, both ground and roof mounted. We have experience with every step of the EPC process; engineering and design services, permitting, procurement, installation, all civil work required to connect the system to the grid including modification of transformers and installation of underground high-voltage power lines. We have developed PV power plants using thin-film, monocrystalline and polycrystalline technology, using both fixed mounting systems and single-axis/dual-axis trackers. Our experience with the installation of measuring devices and monitoring systems is invaluable for maximising the PV power plant yield. We are experienced in the operation and maintenance of power plants and are currently managing solar parks of several MW. Our portfolio of successful projects also includes many solar-thermal systems.
Candy Plus Hodonin 200kW
Aray was commissioned to carry out a feasibility study for a 200kW PV system on the roof of a production facility near Hodonin, south east Czech Republic.
Aray evaluated different configuration options considering local solar radiation and meteo data, available roof areas and loadings, transformer capacity, grid capacity, local power requirements and the different types of PV technology. Aray prepared investment budgets and ran project yield calculations based on the various technical solutions.
Tabor Schools Project
Aray Solar carried out feasibility studies for the city of Tabor in the South of the Czech Republic to install solar PV on the roofs of elementary schools in the city.
The City Mayor's office expects Solar PV to deliver significant additional revenues and energy cost savings to the city educational department, particularly when used in conjuction with other energy saving technologies such as insulation, low energy lighting and the latest heating control systems.
Logistics Centres 250kW / 650kW
Aray Solar developed two industrial roof top mounted PV projects of 250 KW in Brno and 650 KW in Prague for the building owner. Detailed design and engineering took place during Q4 of 2009 with grid connection planned during 2010.
Córdoba Valladares 390 KW
The total output of 390 kilowatts on the roofs of industrial buildings in the city of Cordoba. Hilti mounting system for a panel roof (sandwich type), Kvazar 160 modules, Riella UPS100 inverters. (Year 2008)
Puerto de Santa María, 40 KW
We developed a 40KW roof mounted project in Puerto de Santa María on top of the local commercial centre.
Huelva district, 70 KW
14 x PV installations of 5 kW each on the roofs of municipal buildings in 11 municipalities in the province of Huelva. Isofotón modules with with 5 kW Ingeteam inverters. (Years 2006-2007)
