References - Ground Mounted PV
Since its formation the company has been actively involved in the development of all types of photovoltaic systems, both ground and roof mounted. We have experience with every step of the EPC process; engineering and design services, permitting, procurement, installation, all civil work required to connect the system to the grid including modification of transformers and installation of underground high-voltage power lines. We have developed PV power plants using thin-film, monocrystalline and polycrystalline technology, using both fixed mounting systems and single-axis/dual-axis trackers. Our experience with the installation of measuring devices and monitoring systems is invaluable for maximising the PV power plant yield. We are experienced in the operation and maintenance of power plants and are currently managing solar parks of several MW. Our portfolio of successful projects also includes many solar-thermal systems.
Benatky nad Jizero 4.5MW
Aray Solar has compled the construction of a 4.5MWp PV project with Solaria Energia of Spain, near the town of Benatky nad Jizerou in the Czech Republic. The project was constructed on a 8 hectare site adjacent to the city industrial zone.
The PV plant utilises over 20,000 polycrystalline modules manufactured by Solaria Energia at the company's production facility in Puertollano, Spain and will produce around 4.2MWh of clean, emission-free electricity per year. The project was completed and connected to the CEZ grid in December 2010.
Cejetice 2.5MW
Aray Solar completed the construction of a 2.5MWp PV project with Solaria Energia of Spain, near the town of Cejetice in the Czech Republic. The project was constructed on a 5 hectare site near to the former brickworks.
The PV plant utilises over 11,000 polycrystalline modules manufactured by Solaria Energia at the company's production facility in Puertollano, Spain and will produce around 2.4MWh of clean, emission-free electricity per year. The project was completed and connected to the E.ON network in December 2010.

Installation of 85 kw photovoltaic solar power plant in Puebla de Guzmán (Spain). Fixed metal ground mounted structure, 582 Suntech STP170S/24AC modules each with 170 Wp giving a total power of 99 Wp, and 17 SMA SMC5000A invertors. (Year 2008)
Almonte 1,000 KW
Ten sets of solar photovoltaic equipment with total power of 1 MW in Almonte (Spain). Fixed mounting structures, monocrystalline silicon modules from Gloria Solar and JEMA 100 invertors (Year 2008).
Córdoba Solana 500 KW
A project of total output power 500 kilowatts for Solanas solar cooperative in Cordoba, a total of 5 platforms installed of 100 kW each. Hilti mounting structure on concrete bases, Kvazar 150-160 modules and Riella UPS100 invertors. (Year 2008).
Córdoba Pilarica 1,000 KW
Project in the town of Cordoba for the group Pilarica, total size of 1000 kW, 10 sets of 100 kW each series. Corus fixed system at three height levels mounted on a concrete pads, Kvazar 150 modules and KPG10 Omron 10 kW invertors . (Year 2008)
